- We are not responsible for disputes, title verification, or legal compliance related to property transactions. Clients are advised to carry out independent due diligence.
Accounts & Tax Consulting
- We provide tax filing, audit support, and compliance consulting.
- All filings and reports are prepared based on the information provided by clients. We will not be liable for incorrect, incomplete, or false data submitted by the client.
Digital Marketing Services
- Our digital marketing services are provided as per agreed scope.
- Business results may vary depending on market conditions, client inputs, and third-party platforms.
- We do not guarantee sales, rankings, or customer acquisition outcomes.
Fees & Payments
- Fees for services will be communicated in advance and must be paid as per agreed timelines.
- Payments once made are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
- CredNxt Consulting company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
- Our role is limited to consulting and facilitation. All financial decisions are the responsibility of the client.
Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and designs, is owned by CredNxt Consulting Firm.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links and Partners
- Our services may involve third-party partners (Banks, NBFCs, Real Estate agents, etc.).

Termination
